Q: If I buy from one of your vendors, will the products still be returnable?
Yes, since we have an agreement with each of the vendor, the products will definitely be returnable and exchangeable.
Q: If the products are sent by a third-party courier service, will the delivery charge increase?
No, the delivery charge will remain the same. Free for within Dhaka city and a fee for 155 tk for outside Dhaka city.
Q: What if I don’t like the color of the home-delivered Helmet?
As it is with the other products too, Helmets can also be returned or exchanged as per our policy.
Q: Is the Return & Exchange policy different for each vendor?
No, as we set the trade agreement such, the Return & Exchange policy will be the same for vendors as well as the central unit.

A Tyre Bazar delivery man will call you as soon as he/she reaches near your home.
Q: How do I pay?
We accept cash on delivery and we also have Online bKash service and Online Credit Card. In addition, our delivery representatives should always carry enough change.
Q: What if the product is out of stock?
It is one of our primary visions to prevent running out of stock. We have two Strategic Planners dedicated for maintaining and pre-ordering of products well ahead of time.
Q: Why should I buy from you when I have a store nearby?
Because of the following reasons: a) You will save time since you don’t have to go to the store. b) You will save money because we provide the products at a rate much cheaper than physical shops; even after calculating the delivery charge.

Q: Should I tip the delivery representative?
No, tips are not required. In our induction training, we have asked our delivery staff to not ask for any extra reward, directly or indirectly. It is highly hoped that such a happening will not occur because a generous portion of the delivery charge is set apart for them.
